Are these hard to get on?

Not at all. The lightweight bamboo has natural stretch, so they slide on way easier than the stiff medical compression socks you might be thinking of. It might take a little adjusting once on, but it's easy. 

What makes these different from regular compression socks?

These are 54% lighter than our heavyweight compression socks. They're extra breathable and made to keep your feet dry and cool. Once you try them, you will understand.

Will these make my feet hot?

These were specifically designed to keep your feet cool and dry. Even in warm weather. 

Why are these $40?

Honestly? Because they cost more to make. The bamboo is a custom fabric, not the cheap synthetic you'll find in most compression socks. And features like the cushion sole, arch support, and heel cup require specialized manufacturing that most brands can't do. 

We could use cheaper materials to bring the price down, but we won't. Our customers expect quality that actually lasts, and we owe them that.

Can I wear these all day?

Yes, that's the whole point. Put them on in the morning, wear them through whatever your day looks like (walking, errands, travel, gardening).

Will these hold up after washing?

Yes. The bamboo fiber + lycra elastic is designed to keep its shape and softness better than alternative fabrics. Please machine wash cold, and let air dry for best results.

How much compression do these have?

15-20 mmHg, the moderate therapeutic range. Strong enough to improve circulation and reduce swelling. Comfortable enough that you'll forget you're wearing compression.

I already own the heavyweight compression socks. Do I need these too?

It depends. These are a different sock with a different job. The heavyweight knee-high socks are lighter compression (10-15 mmHg), built for recovery and rest. 

The BambooLITE socks are stronger (15-20 mmHg) with an extra-lightweight design, built for when breathability and staying cool is important. Heavyweights at night, BambooLITE during the day. 

Many customers use both.

Do these help with swelling or poor circulation?

Yes. The graduated compression pushes blood flow from your feet back up your legs. People with swollen ankles, tired legs, or poor circulation tend to feel a real difference. If you have a specific medical condition, check with your doctor first.

Do these contain latex?

No they do not.
