I have no idea how these work, but I can attest that when I wear a glove to sleep, my arthritic hand feels much better than when I don't. The glove is comfortable, easy to care for, & effective. Indeed, my hand feels even better than it does when I sleep with a hand/wrist brace.

These were a gift for my daughter who has psoriatic arthritis. Her feedback: “they are warm and offer mild compression. I wear them daily, all week, during computer and phone work. The fingers cover the joint in mid finger, aka PIP joint. (I am an RN). They are durable and have kept their shape, with no stretching out. I have not washed them, so cannot attest to that. I love them!”
