I love these! The medium size I bought offers only slight compression to my swollen hands (i.e., might be too loose) and yet somehow they DO help with carpal tunnel symptoms. I also love how buttery-soft they are, and how they warm up my cold hands. I will likely buy more, possibly in a smaller size.

Brilliant, they really help with arthritis in my hands . I wear them to work and I also found them really good at home . This means that I can sew, knit and do the things I like in comfort. I am a sufferer of bad osteo arthritis, in both my hands and feet. Night times are worse for me with pain and pins & needles. I purchased the bamboo gloves and pretty much from the first time I wore these, the pain was minimal, if any at all. After the relief these gave me, I purchased the footsleeves, which again, has relieved my pain so much. I am so happy and impressed with these products and the relief its given to me.
I've now purchased gloves and footsleeves my brother and son for Christmas. It is the perfect gift for someone with pain. There is one thing that I do suggest and that is, if you like them and they help you, purchase another pair as they do get dirty & need a wash

Right hand Dupuytrens and left Arthritis. What a relief they give me. My knee sleeve I would not walk without it. I wear the foot ones for neuropathy. They help the needles and pins in my feet. I already had a pair of these gloves that I have worn at various times when my hands hurt. i have even worn them at night and it really made a difference. This pair of gloves I keep in the car, mainly for when I have a long drive. Sometimes the hands will cramp or just feel tired, and these gloves will help in reliving the problem. Highly recommend these gloves. Soft but have nice compression, you might even forget you have them on.
